Howard Design served as the lead application developer of this project. Working with Volpe Group, J.W. Howard Design provided the work for all facets of this project from the story board and application design to the compilation of the card.       Community Colleges of Baltimore County This CD Card project was created for CCBC's Recruiting Division Involvement: While employed by Etelligent Technologies, served as the Sr. Graphical Artist, provided all of the graphical illustration and animation contained within this card. Also assisted in the creation of the story board.           Collin County Community College District This CD Card project was created for CCCCD's Recruiting Division Involvement: While employed by Etelligent Technologies, served as the Sr. Graphical Artist, provided all of the graphical illustration and animation contained within this card.
